Welcome to our Yoga and Art Class with Reiki, Chakra Readings, and Sound Bath! This unique experience combines the benefits of yoga, artistic expression, energy healing, and relaxation techniques.

During the yoga session, you’ll be guided by 3 different instructors through a series of gentle poses and movements, helping you improve flexibility, strength, and balance while promoting inner peace and mindfulness.

In addition to yoga, we offer Reiki sessions, a healing technique that promotes stress reduction and relaxation.

Chakra readings are another aspect of this class, where our intuitive practitioner will assess the energy centers in your body, known as chakras. By identifying any imbalances, you can gain insights into your emotional, physical, and spiritual health.

To further enhance your experience, we include a sound bath. Using various instruments such as Tibetan singing bowls, crystal bowls and chimes, soothing sounds and vibrations will envelop the space, creating a meditative environment that promotes deep relaxation, stress relief, and a sense of inner harmony.

Finally, the art component of the class allows you to tap into your creativity. You’ll have the opportunity to express yourself through various art mediums, such as painting, drawing, or collage. This artistic exploration can serve as a form of self-expression and a means of connecting with your inner world.
