Summer Solstice Yoga
The summer solstice is a time for reflection, renewal, and gratitude. It’s a time to celebrate life, love, and peace. Chakra readings, Sound Bowls, Chimes and Reiki Healing will set the tone for a warm yoga flow consisting of varying Sun Salutations from a collaboration of instructors.

About the event
This class is designed for all levels of yoga practice with a focus of Sun Salutations to celebrate the summer season.
Doors open at 7pm where you can enjoy a Chakra reading or Reiki session before class. Class will start at 7:30 pm.
This session will be led by a collaboration of instructors guiding you through different variations of Sun Salutations that you can modify to your skill of practice.
Refreshing herbal teas will also be served.
Parking available in the designated lot and on the street.
Bring your mat or yoga props for your comfort.
