Glow & Flow Party
Wear your neon outfit and come glow and flow to a fun yoga based class. We will move our bodies to some uplifting music with glow balloons, neon sticks and body paint. Enjoy some wine and light refreshments after class.

About the event
This is a Glow Yoga Party that will lift your spirits and relax your mind and body at the same time.
Wear light or neon colored clothing to experience the glow effect.
Glow props will be provided along with neon body paint.
Wine and light refreshments will be served after class.
Doors will open open at 4pm to allow you to adorn your body with the glow props and set up your mat space. The class will start by 5 pm.
Bring a mat and expect to have a fun time!
