About the event
Come join me for this FREE family fun event!
There will be free food, games, fitness and health presentations.
I will be on stage for a beginner friendly yoga practice at 12 pm and then a breathing and meditation exercise at 2:30 pm.
I will have a table set up for merchandise and class information.
Bring a mat and a chair to come hang out with me!
